We are proud of our Accommodations and would like you to read what other guests have said after and during their visits here to Comfort Inn Parkside.

"My husband and I want to comment on what a fine job the personnel at the Townsend Comfort Inn Parkside did during our recent stay.  We were greeted with a friendly smile and warm greeting from everyone from the front desk to housekeeping.  Each was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We were on vacation and extended our stay two extra nights.  (We had planned to stay in Gatlinburg after one night.)
We also noticed that the friendly employees' smiles and greetings were contagious to other guests , especially at breakfast, creating a relaxed environment for a number of families. 
We have plans to spend more time in the Townsend area in the summer and hopefully enjoy another stay at the Comfort Inn Parkside."

Recently my wife and I spent several days at the Comfort Inn Parkside in Townsend. We would like to express our appreciation to your fine staff at the Inn. The service they provided was excellent and the friendly "southern hospitality" was great.  Our thanks to Patti, Sue, Chuck, and the rest of your fine staff.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here at Townsend.  We had a relaxing drive through Cades Cove, a peaceful dinner at Riverfront Restaurant, and a silent nights' sleep.  You're atmosphere is welcoming and tranquil for every traveler.  Our view off the balcony of the deer was magnificent.  We thank you for a wonderful stay!
